This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for booking cancellations and rescheduling for services booked through Yaarioke.com.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • We do not offer any refunds once a payment is made.
  • Cancellations are not allowed; however, customers can reschedule their booking as per the rescheduling policy below.
  • No-shows will be treated as missed bookings and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

3. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their booking for up to 1 hour before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before the booking will not be accepted.
  • Each booking can be rescheduled only once.

4. Cancellation by Yaarioke

In the unlikely event that Yaarioke.com cancels or reschedules a booking due to technical, operational, or unforeseen reasons, customers will be offered either:

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost, or
  • A credit note for future use (no cash refund).

5. Refund Process

  • All booking payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Membership fees, promotional offers, and discounts are non-refundable.
  • Food & beverage orders once placed are non-refundable.
